THE EAST COAST CYCLE STORY
In 1992, Victor Bourgeois started East Coast Cycle in the back of his house in a small garage doing motorcycle and atv work, Victor was known for doing good quality work and was mostly doing it as a hobby.
Customers saw his abilities as a mechanic and everybody spread the word of their great experience at East Coast Cycle. His customers seen the potential of getting their lawn and garden equipment repaired and it came to the point that his workload became too big for his home shop, that he expanded his garage to double the size and at the same time he started suppling and selling Husqvarna, McCulloch, and Troy Bilt products all that within the years 1995-1997.
In spring 1995 was his first tractor booking!! He received 3 tractors but his main income was coming from chainsaw sales and services when man power was used for forestry work at is best… the following year he purchased a piece of land where the shop currently is on. The plan was to move to a higher traffic area in the near future.
In spring 2000, Victor decided to specialize the business more in the lawn and garden and figured that with the amount of business he was receiving it was a right time for him to make the move and from the garage he had on his personal property over to that new piece of land.
After almost 10 years in the small engine world East Coast Cycle purchased a second location that was known under Marvic small engine across the street from McDonalds in Shediac.
Acquiring Shindawa and Stihl dealership from the purchase of that location in Shediac he found it hard and exhausting to keep 2 stores running and incorporated both stores into what make East Coast Cycle today the only business around servicing lawn and garden equipment only, which Victor found it to be important to not leave anybody a side because of more valuable work needing to be done.
Nowadays...
In April 2015, Yvan Beaulieu took over ownership of East Coast Cycle Ltd. Yvan strives to continue the tradition of excellent customer service which has given East Coast Cycle its solid reputation in the Shediac-Bridge area.
East Coast Cycle is an authorized sales and service centre for Stihl, Husqvarna and MTD product.

East Coast Cycle is your Stihl master service center and also now a Crown Elite Husqvarna Dealer has it all under one roof! They are also a dealer for most well known engine brand and transmission.
